When he spotted him, the older male was down by the mouth of the cave. When had he gotten so far away? Shrugging, Xander closed his sketchbook and stood up to investigate. He got attacked by a wild Shelgon about halfway to the cave's entrance.[break][break] The battle wasn't anything climatic. A tag-team of Froakie and Larvesta was able to weaken the Pokemon enough to capture. Xander tossed a Pokeball at it with skillful precision. Afterward, he continued on his way to see what Zac wanted from him.[break][break] "You're right, it is gorgeous." the desire to draw Meteor Falls in its entirety was intense. Maybe he would, but he wouldn't do it today.[break][break] "But I think I've had my fill of caves for now. Mind heading back the way we came with me? I'd like to get one last look at the waterfall before I call it a day."
